Typical Transactions Take 2-4 business days. Here’s Why…

  • Once you pick a property to purchase let us know and we will send you the purchase agreement through our third party affiliate EverSign.com.
  • After the agreement is signed by both parties we will set a closing date (the date that we extend legal ownership to you through deed transfer and you deliver payment to us).
  • On the closing date you will receive an emailed copy of the protected notarized deed along with a secure QuickBooks Intuit Invoice.
  • After the payment is made our office will send you a receipt with copies of all documents for your records. We then send the original deed to the county clerk for recording. That deed gets mailed to you from the county.
  • That’s It. “No Fees. No Commissions. No Hassle.”
